DRAFT · FOR LEGAL REVIEW

Terms of use

Proposed terms for recommendations, account tracking, and individually confirmed exchange orders.

Draft prepared November 6, 2026 · Not yet effective

1. Service and scope

pickroom.ai combines advanced AI-model probability estimates with market-price comparisons, implied-probability equations, fractional Kelly stake sizing, and user-selected budget and risk tolerance. It also provides portfolio tracking and supported exchange-order assistance. The aim is more informed, disciplined decisions—not a promise to win more or lose less. It is not a sportsbook or exchange and does not take custody of customer funds. Funds and positions remain with the relevant provider.

Market trends may be discussed with the AI assistant, but the service does not currently provide a dedicated live trend or news feed or a multi-model consensus. References to ‘connect’ for sportsbooks and Polymarket mean picks and tracking, not account syncing or permission to place bets. Third-party platforms are independent; listing their names does not imply partnership or endorsement.

2. No guaranteed returns or professional advice

Returns, profits, and achievement of a daily, weekly, or monthly goal are not guaranteed. You may lose some or all of your stake. Historical results, probability estimates, and a displayed edge do not promise a future outcome.

Recommendations and assistant responses are informational, not personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. AI may be inaccurate or incomplete; assess the underlying market and your circumstances independently.

3. Manual sportsbook betting

All sportsbook betting—including FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, Caesars, ESPN BET, and Fanatics—is manual. pickroom.ai may open a provider or market link, but you must sign in, verify the market, odds, stake, and provider rules, and submit the bet on that provider’s site or app. No sportsbook bot places bets for you.

Polymarket is also manual-link and tracking only. A bet you mark as placed is a self-reported record, not confirmation from that provider. Links may lead to a provider’s homepage rather than a specific betting market.

4. Kalshi order approval

Kalshi order assistance requires your own eligible Kalshi account and valid API credentials. Every live order requires a separate final confirmation displaying the market, side, current quote, maximum purchase cost, fee reserve, and maximum total cost. Unattended trading is disabled.

A review or recommendation does not submit an order. Quotes expire and may need refreshing. Orders can be rejected, canceled, unfilled, or have an unknown status. Only confirmed fills are recorded as purchases. If status is unknown, check Kalshi order history before taking further action; do not assume failure means no order exists.

An API connection is not a guarantee of availability or execution. You remain responsible for reviewing each authorization, provider charges, market rules, and account permissions. Live execution has not yet been verified with the operator’s real-account launch test.

5. Eligibility and lawful use

The proposed service is intended for people aged 21 or older, or any higher age required locally. You must also satisfy each provider’s eligibility and location requirements. Availability of this website does not mean betting is lawful or supported where you are.

Do not evade age, identity, location, account, or provider restrictions. Do not use another person’s credentials, exploit the service, or use it for unlawful transactions. pickroom.ai does not currently establish your legal eligibility merely by allowing account creation.

6. Your account and risk settings

Keep your sign-in details and API credentials secure. Provide accurate tracking records and risk settings. Revoke an exchange key at the provider if you suspect compromise; removing a connection here does not revoke the key at the exchange.

Stake sizing, profit targets, and stop-loss guards constrain supported new-order decisions; they do not insure your bankroll, guarantee an exit, or automatically close existing positions. Manual external bets and incomplete records can make the app’s exposure or performance totals inaccurate.

7. Data, availability, and third-party rules

Market prices, news, AI estimates, and links may be stale, incorrect, unavailable, or delayed. Verify the analysis timestamp and current provider terms before acting. A recommendation is not proof that a market will resolve in your favor.

Your relationship with each sportsbook or exchange is governed by its own terms, fees, settlement rules, and privacy notices. You are responsible for reviewing these rules and any applicable tax reporting. Outages or discrepancies may prevent the app from reflecting your account accurately.

8. Fees, changes, and closure

Displayed future pickroom.ai plan prices are Basic (free), Premium ($9.99/month), and All Features / Analytics ($29.99/month). During site testing, all currently available features, including premium and analytics access, are free to signed-in testers. Paid checkout is not active; connecting accounts does not start a subscription and testing does not automatically convert to a paid plan. Feature entitlements, billing terms, cancellation process, and refund policy must be finalized and disclosed, and a paid subscription separately approved, before charging customers. External bets and provider transaction fees may apply separately.

The operator must finalize procedures for suspending or closing accounts and giving notice of material changes. Closing a pickroom.ai account does not cancel external bets or close a provider account.

9. Liability and dispute terms awaiting review

The operator proposes an ‘as available’ service without a promise of accuracy, uninterrupted access, or profitable outcomes. Counsel must determine which warranty disclaimers and liability limits are lawful and appropriate. Nothing in this draft intends to waive non-waivable consumer rights.

No arbitration clause, governing law, dispute forum, or numerical liability cap has been selected in this draft. Those provisions require the operator’s legal entity, operating jurisdictions, and counsel’s review before adoption.

Before this draft becomes effective

  • Identify the operating legal entity, business address, and working support/legal contact.
  • Confirm licenses, permitted jurisdictions, age/location controls, and provider permissions for this service.
  • Finalize liability, dispute, billing, cancellation, and account-closure terms with counsel.
  • Complete the live Kalshi readiness check separately; this draft is not trading certification.
  • Set an effective date and an appropriate terms-acceptance and change-notice process before adopting these terms.
