1. No guaranteed returns

Betting and prediction-market trading involve financial loss. Returns are not guaranteed, and you may lose your entire stake. Never treat a profit goal as expected income or money available to spend. Past performance does not predict future results.

2. AI and probability equations are not guarantees

Advanced AI-model analysis, implied-probability equations, fractional Kelly sizing, and disciplined budgets can support decision-making, but do not prove you will win more or lose less. A displayed probability or edge is a model estimate, not a verified chance of winning. AI can misunderstand market conditions, invent explanations, miss relevant news, or rely on outdated information. A higher estimated edge is not evidence of a safe or certain bet.

Trends and past outcomes do not ensure future results. AI-assisted discussion of trends is not a dedicated live trend or news feed. Verify the market’s resolution criteria, current price, data timestamp, and sources yourself. News, fees, spreads, and sudden changes may invalidate a recommendation before you act.

3. Sportsbook bets are manual

pickroom.ai does not automatically place sportsbook bets or sync sportsbook accounts. FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, and other sportsbooks require you to place the bet yourself on the provider’s site or app. Polymarket is also manual-link and tracking only.

Confirm the exact event, selection, odds, stake, and settlement rules before submitting. A link or a self-reported ‘placed’ entry does not confirm a provider accepted a bet.

4. Kalshi orders require individual approval

With a supported Kalshi API connection, every live order requires your final confirmation. Review the market, side, price, and maximum cost including the fee reserve. Unattended trading is disabled. A quote or review alone does not place an order.

An order can fail, remain unfilled, be canceled, or have an unknown result after a connection problem. An unknown result is not proof that nothing was purchased. Check Kalshi order history before further action. Only exchange-confirmed fills count as purchases in the app.

5. Limits are not insurance

Stake-sizing suggestions and stop-loss or goal guards may restrict new supported orders, but they do not guarantee a maximum total loss, liquidate existing positions, or reverse placed bets. External manual bets, inaccurate tracking, fees, and market changes can reduce their effectiveness.

Use only money you can afford to lose. Do not borrow to bet, chase losses, or increase stakes to recover a shortfall. Set independent spending and time limits with your betting provider.

6. Provider, market, and legal risks

Markets may lack liquidity, close unexpectedly, resolve under rules you did not anticipate, or be disrupted by outages. Provider fees and taxes may reduce returns. pickroom.ai does not hold customer funds or guarantee a provider’s performance or payment.

Use is intended for adults 21+ and remains subject to higher local age limits, location rules, and provider eligibility. Access to the app is not confirmation that you are legally allowed to bet. Do not bypass restrictions or self-exclusion.

7. Responsible gambling and help

Stop if betting causes financial strain, anxiety, secrecy, or difficulty controlling your behavior. Consider provider deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion. Do not rely on an AI assistant as a crisis or addiction counselor.
